MHP CODE OF ETHICS

MHP's reputation is driven by its long-years performance and conduct: what we say and, which is even more critical, what we do; our brands and products; our standards of cooperation; and the way we act and treat others.  We enhance trust. For MHP, with its leading position in global markets, this is the only way of doing business. To conduct our business with integrity lawfully and responsibly, we have to be alert to situations that pose questions of right and wrong and must use good judgment in deciding what course of action is congruous.  MHP relies upon every employee to use such a good judgment in everything he or she does. Our Code of Ethics aims to support this approach, being built around the acknowledgement that everything we do with respect to our work at MHP will be, and should be, measured against the highest standards of ethical business conduct. We set the bar that high for simple reason: Our commitment to the highest standards helps us attract great people, produce the best products, and serve loyal consumers. We treat them as our most incredible area of opportunities, foundational to MHP success, and as something we commit to supporting daily. MHP Code of Ethics is publicly available and addressed to anyone interested in the Company's activities and the way it does business. It includes details of how MHP implements its values and vision, as well as guidance to employees on ethical standards and how to deploy them.
