In Vinnytsia and Ladyzhyn, winners of the &ldquo;Do Your Thing with HoReCa Masters&rdquo; competition by MHP-Hromadi Charitable Foundation and the Kurator brand presented the projects they developed. Over the six-month implementation period, Vinnytsia-based bakery Pan Babun expanded its artisanal bread line with the programme&rsquo;s support, while family-oriented Galaxy Game Club &amp; Caf&eacute; in Ladyzhyn launched a full-cycle kitchen.

The competition is designed to support small and medium-sized businesses in the food service sector across Ukrainian cities and villages. It enables entrepreneurs to upgrade equipment, introduce new services, relocate or open additional outlets, and scale their businesses.

In total, the 2025 &ldquo;Do Your Thing with HoReCa Masters&rdquo; competition received 51 applications: 24 in the Street &amp; Casual Food category and 27 in the Middle Segment category. Following several stages of selection, five entrepreneurs from different regions of Ukraine received grant support. Grants ranged from UAH 250,000 to UAH 500,000, with a total grant fund of up to UAH 2.5 million.

The &ldquo;Do Your Thing with HoReCa Masters&rdquo; competition continues an initiative launched in 2024. This is the second joint competition organised by MHP-Hromadi Charitable Foundation and the Kurator brand. It also aims to build a professional HoReCa community and connect entrepreneurs who are developing Ukraine&rsquo;s food service culture.
